School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week
Date: Wednesday 20 August 2025
Time: 10:30am
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in a whole school parade in the morning followed by fun activities throughout the afternoon.
Education Week
Date: Wednesday, Term 3, Week 3
Time: 10:30am
School open day is an opportunity for students, parents and carers to get to know our school.
P&C meeting
Yenda Public P&C Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month.
Time: 6:30pm during Daylight Savings, 6:00pm not during Daylight Savings.
Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held in the school library. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
